Capsule makes a distinction between the terms "New Prescription" and "Refill". What is this distinction?

"New Prescription": It's the prescription (paper form) that your doctor or an authorized person prescribes and gives you, after consultation. You must usually present this document to your pharmacist for the preparation of your medication.

"Refill": In some cases, a new prescription may authorize the pharmacist to serve more than once the medication. In this case, you can ask your pharmacist to prepare this medication again, also known as "refill".
